About Inkwell

Because “which version did we sign?” shouldn't be a question

Most agreements start as a draft in someone's inbox. Then comes a second version, then a WhatsApp message with edits, then a PDF called final_FINAL_use-this-one. By the time it's signed, nobody is completely sure what was agreed — and everyone hopes they never have to find out.

Existing signing tools are good at one moment: the signature. But a contract isn't one moment. It's a conversation that changes over days or weeks, between people who need to see what changed and agree on it.

Inkwell is built around that whole story. Every draft is kept. Changes are visible. The people reviewing can talk about the exact paragraph they mean. And when it's time to sign, the version in front of the signer is sealed, so what they sign is exactly what you sent.

We build for the way people actually work — on a phone, over a patchy connection, paying in Naira — and we keep the language human. If something in Inkwell confuses you, that's our bug, and we want to hear about it.
